Nickname: DJ Scott Cameron
Date of Birth: 03/19/1985
Years DJing: 9
Other Experience: I grew up in West Chester, PA, and graduated from West Chester Henderson High School in 2003. I went to Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI from 2003-2005. My desire for sport/event management helped fuel what Lash Entertainment is today. I played on JWU’s NCAA Division III Ice Hockey team during my tenure. I transferred to the University of Delaware to further my experience in the sport & event management field from 2005-2007. During my time at UD, I played ice hockey & roller hockey, as well as graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Health Science. After graduating, I worked for Comcast Spectacor, at the Philadelphia Flyers practice facility. Since, I have been an Insurance Broker specializing in retirement planning, as well as DJing for Lash Entertainment.
Favorite Moment DJing: Quite Possibly DJing at my own wedding with my mentor Anthony. He came out from California to DJ, and we had an hour of my reception DJing together, along with my wife. The other moment I will never forget is flying to Park City, UT to DJ on a mountain with a wedding crowd that was going crazy the entire night.
Favorite Songs: Gareth Emery (Concrete Angel), Ferry Corsten (F the B$hit), Alesso (Falling-remix), Calvin Harris (Feel So Close), Armin Van Buuren (Be Somebody, remix w/Laura Jansen), Sultan + Ned Shepard vs Coldplay (Every Teardrop is Walls), Klingande (Jubel)
Favorite Event to DJ: Honestly, I just love to DJ regardless of the scene. It always is fun. I love organizing and assisting any event. Weddings are always special, more so because I remember what mine was like.
Activities/Hobbies outside of DJing: I am a high school ice hockey coach, as well as active golfer. I also still play in a few ice & roller hockey leagues. Aside from that, I love spending time with my son and dogs.
